Begin with Your Individual Emotional Intelligence Leadership 360° Assessment
Your journey begins with a Genos Emotional Intelligence Leadership 360° Assessment providing actionable insights you can leverage in learning and applying the encompassed emotionally intelligent coaching approaches.
This includes a self-assessment and gathers feedback from one or more groups of selected colleagues to help illuminate how you demonstrate emotionally intelligent leadership behaviors in interactions with them, as well as the relative importance they place on those same behaviors.

Explore Topics through Four Immersive Learning Modules
The journey continues through four immersive instructor-led group learning modules over several weeks with your peer cohort.
Each module comprises inspirational content and practical tools, techniques, & activities that you will learn with your peer cohort.
An included comprehensive workbook details the program’s coaching tools & techniques and offers you space for note taking and personal development planning.
Delve Deeper in Optional Discussion & Practice Group Sessions
Additional group discussion or ‘coaching gym’ sessions are offered between learning modules to enhance your learning.
Attend optional ‘coaching gym’ sessions to practice your new approaches in a safe environment with cohort members and your certified EI practitioner.
Attend optional discussion sessions to delve deeper into more specific contextual or situational challenges you have or forsee in applying your new approaches.
Immediately Apply New Tools & Techniques
Following each module, you will equipped to apply the tools and techniques you’ve progressively learned and practiced to help improve your connection, communication, and influence with stakeholders.
Assessment
Learn how well you demonstrate emotionally intelligent leadership competencies with a Genos Emotional Intelligence (EI) Leadership assessment, including:
- A self-assessment survey
- 360° survey with feedback from your chosen colleagues
- A detailed result report compared against benchmark data
- A 90-min assessment debrief with a Genos certified EI practitioner
- A 60-min individual follow-up in the second half of the program

Step 2 - Pay & Pre-work
Upon mutual agreement to move forward, you will be sent a payment link.
Following successful payment, you will receive an email with detailed program instructions to select and invite colleagues for your 360º survey, complete your self-assessment, and book your individual sessions.
